The machine adopts PLCprogrammable controller and touch screen control,autommatic suction, autommatic electronic weighing,automatic control of barrel pressure and temperature when feeding,automatic discharge to the fluidized  bed,etc.It has the function of feeding once to ensure the machine’s automatic circulation production.
 
2. The electrical appliances,pneumatic components and valves uesd in the machine are well-known brands at home and abroad,which ensures the stability,reliability and long service life of the machine.
 
3. German steam and air proportional valve is used to control the pressure and temperature of the barrel body,and Korean vibration level sensor is used to control the material level.Make the foamed beads unfom.(to be matched)
